Mobilab Workshop of 26 March 2018
Author: Manuel Chauffrein, BMCP.
On March 26th, BMCP organized with the mobility team of Rambouillet territories the first co-creation workshop for the community of beta users of Tornado testers.
The first in a series of three workshops that will spread throughout the project, this workshop is part of the Design thinking-e methodology to study the expectations and acceptability of users in the face of innovative transport systems. This methodology, derived and adapted from the work of the company Strategyzer ©, proposes an innovative approach in order to involve and place the users at the centre of the projects of experimentation of innovative transport services and products. Fully enshrined in the processes of animation, consultation and the taking into account of the populations in innovative mobility projects, the workshop was organized in the continuity of the Tornado Mobility questionnaire. This first workshop brought together 18 participants who worked around three axes: the expression of the difficulties encountered during the use of the transport offer in the perimeter of Rambouillet territories, the expectations in terms of transport offer And the daily impact of the mobility offer proposed by the territory. In addition to the mobility questionnaire, this first workshop helped to identify their profiles, to identify their expectations concerning the improvement of transport supply and the vision of transport with autonomous vehicles. In addition, the company Exoskills tested their reactions to the architecture of a standalone vehicle reservation service app. Workshop Number 1 will serve as the basis for the second workshop, which will be dedicated to the expression of users as to the possible suitability of autonomous vehicles with their expectations and the difficulties expressed during the first workshop.
